Kenilworth Town announce new chairman

Kenilworth Town are pleased to announce that Andy Brooks has agreed to become the new club chairman.

Andy has been involved with Kenilworth Town since he was a junior at Kenilworth Rangers. His father, Richard Brooks, was club secretary in the nineties.

Andy has succeeded Norman Stephens, who has left the club.

Under Andy Brooks, the club is looking to the future and aiming to develop both on and off the field.

 
Kenilworth Town looking for players and coaches

Kenilworth Town are inviting new players down to pre-season training.

We have an adult first team in the Midland Combination Division Two and a reserve team in the Stratford Alliance Division One. We also have an adult ladies team.

We are also looking for additional coaches to work with our head coach Jason Hassam, first team manager Gary Jones and reserve team manager Ben Main. We offer opportunities for coaches to improve their skills and qualifications during their time at the club.



 

 
First Team manager appointed

Kenilworth are pleased to be able to announce the appointment of Gary Jones. Gary has been assistant manager of Earlswood Town in Division 1 of the Midland Combination and will be taking over Kenilworth's first team on Monday 29th September.

 
Head Coach appointed

Kenilworth are pleased to announce that they have appointed a head coach who will take charge of the senior teams.

Jason Hassam is joining the club and he holds level 1 and 2 FA coaching qualifications and is on his way to obtaining his level 3 FA coaching certificate.

Jason will take charge of training sessions as well as assist Gary Jones with the first team.

 
Football Festival

Kenilworth Town Football Club are holding their annual football festival at Gypsy Lane on the 30th and 31st August 2008.

During this weekend all of the club's football sides will be playing at the club. On Saturday our first team open the season by welcoming Chelmsley Town Reserves.

This is followed on Sunday with a full day of games involving our junior sides.

There is free admission to our first game on Saturday afternoon (3 pm kick off) and everyone is welcome on Sunday.
